The Six Bells is a restored public house situated between Bourne and Stamford which boasts a cozy bar, free WiFi, 3 separate dining areas and a restaurant. Our room, the Hayloft, was magnificent, with a bed large enough for large people, a bath and a large shower, comfortable lounge area and plenty of tea and coffee. Netflix and Prime etc was available on the TV plus a selection of books. The dinner menu combines hearty food with a twist of fine dining and a good wine list. In the morning we enjoyed a superb breakfast cooked by the owner whose previous career in various high end establishments shone through. The location is perfect for exploring the area as its just a few miles from Stamford but peaceful and rural. The owners really care about the service they deliver and this comes across and through all the staff. A delightful place to stay for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
