The Pump House is a lovely studio home away from home in a quiet rural setting, conveniently located for Chichester, Goodwood and the coast. It is very clean and comfortable with modern furniture and fittings, USB ports in the plug sockets, great WiFi and a flat screen TV. The shower is easy to use and the heated towel rail was useful. The lighting can be natural white light or colour-changing, which was fun! Our host had stocked the fridge and cupboard with food and drinks for us for breakfast and snacks. Outside, there is a patio with chairs and a table, as well as a picnic bench with umbrella. The Pump House overlooks a large lawn, with a bench for stargazing at night. A perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries!
