Kendall Lodge is situated in the beautiful conservation area of Burwell, just 8 miles from popular Cambridge and 4 miles from Newmarket. On arrival, Lorraine the owner welcomed us with a big smile and checking in was effortless. The lodge is very spacious with a great three-piece leather sofa, a separate living room, bedroom and kitchen. Everything was cleaned to an excellent standard and there was a beautiful view of the garden from our patio doors. The highlight of the lodge was the amazing shower with music and lights. The location is central to places of interest and the people in Burwell are very friendly. There is a large log cabin with comfy beds and a living area, kitchenette and separate bathroom with a luxurious shower. The outdoor area has a play area, a very long private-communal garden and river/stream. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect for our little getaway!
