We were warmly welcomed and greeted with homemade cake and milk in the fridge. The accommodation was spacious, immaculate and homely, with comfortable beds and all the basic supplies needed for a self catering stay. The hot tub and sauna facilities were clean, well presented and perfect for a relaxing evening. It's a great spot for enjoying the local countryside, with nearby attractions like Honister Mountain, the nearby beach, Carlisle, Windermere and Graythwaite Adventure. Not to mention the farm animals in the paddock and the fire pit for barbecuing and marshmallows! We had a fantastic time and highly recommend Green View Lodges.
