Tawburn House is a beautiful, warm and well-renovated boutique B&B situated in Okehampton. Our hosts Steven and Becky, along with their adorable Paddy and Muffin, made us feel like family and gave us a truly wonderful stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean, with a flat-screen TV and private en-suite. We also enjoyed the shared bathroom with its beautiful free standing bath and rainfall shower. The garden boasts a hot tub and sauna, the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the local area. Steven and Becky offered us a plate of delicious nibbles when we were in the hot tub, and breakfast was a wonderful spread of pastries, cereal, toast, fresh fruit and a choice of cooked options. Covid-19 precautions were also in evidence, with hand sanitiser and masks provided. A fantastic stay in a great location - we can't wait to come back!
