Kirkland B&B is a newly built property in Perth, located just a 10 minute walk from the city centre and adjacent to a beautiful park. Boasting garden views, free WiFi and private parking, our room was spacious and luxuriously appointed, with a very comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities and a modern en-suite with a powerful shower. Our hosts, Anne and David, were more than happy to help us out with our recommendations and reservations. Breakfast was freshly prepared with locally sourced produce and plenty of hot tea and coffee. And lastly, let us not forget Bluebell, the hosts’ border terrier who is ever so welcoming! A highly recommended stay!
