The morning breakfast was amazing, the staff were so attentive. The rooms are well-equipped and the mirrors between the windows are perfect for ladies doing make up in natural day light. The palm court is always perfect and the pool is unique and quirky. Enjoy a stroll to Regents Park which is just 10 minutes walk. Experience luxury and sophistication at The Langham.

Every detail has been considered here, from the friendly staff to the impeccable design and extra touches, like a milkshake and cakes for my five-year-old on arrival. The rooms are well equipped with aircon and all the sockets you need, plus a master light switch by the bed and a glowing night light switch. The health club and pool are superb, and the breakfast selection is delicious. It was the perfect stay for our 10th wedding anniversary and we will definitely be back.

Hotel Café Royal is an iconic 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of central London. Positioned on Regent Street, it's just a mile away from Theatreland, Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and the British Museum. Our experience was remarkable from start to finish - our bags were taken from the car and to our upgraded room, with a breathtaking view. The heated kids pool was a hit, and the complimentary teddy bear was a nice touch. The kids club was fantastic, with video games, colouring and board games to suit all ages. The staff were polite, friendly and went out of their way to help. We had breakfast in our room and it was set up beautifully. Cleanliness of the room and public areas was excellent. The lifts were extremely efficient and the breakfast quality was the best we've ever experienced. The dinner experience at Cakes and Bubbles was delicious, with great ambiance and hospitality. We highly recommend this amazing hotel and its wonderful team - we can't wait to come back!

The Londoner is a luxurious hotel with a stunning guest-only club, six concept restaurants and bars, a rooftop lounge, spa with pool, gym, superfood clinic, and beauty salon. Accommodation options include 350 luxurious bedrooms and suites, including a tower penthouse suite with panoramic views. Our experience was nothing short of amazing: from the attentive, welcoming door staff and quick check-in, to the heated toilet, shower and bath with instant hot water, comfortable bed and room service. The traditional English breakfast was piping hot and delicious and the staff at the reception gave detailed and informative information about the hotel's facilities. We were upgraded on arrival and the view from our room and rooftop cocktail bar was stunning. There's lots of interesting art throughout, including a hat sculpture on the ceiling at breakfast. The bars are beautiful, including a whisky den, and there's a secret members-only area with interesting books and games. The pool area is like being in Ibiza and the health food offerings are interesting and nutritious. The gym facilities are incredible. We had a luxury mini break in London and it did not disappoint. The location was amazing and the windows provided good soundproofing. An unforgettable stay!

The Park Plaza County Hall London is a modern and family-friendly hotel situated on London's South Bank just a few minutes’ walk from the River Thames and London Eye. The staff really go the extra mile, from the front of house team to the security guard on the door, to make your stay a truely special one. The hotel is also spotlessly clean and modern, with great views from the lifts. Breakfast is a real bargain, with a good variety of hot and cold food to choose from, including delicious scrambled eggs. We were even treated to a birthday cake and bottle of prosecco! The spa services are great and Nicole is fantastic at her job. Artiem at reception was also very helpful and welcoming. All in all, it's an excellent hotel that we would definitely stay in again.

Welcome to The Other House, your home in South Kensington, perfectly located close to Hyde Park and Knightsbridge and on the doorstep of some of London's iconic cultural landmarks. A Residents' Club for people going places, The Other House combines home comforts and apartment-style living with hotel services and Private Club amenities. Our stay was very pleasant - the hotel is brand new, stylish and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our apartment was well-equipped with a bedroom and a salon with a kitchenette, air conditioner, comfortable bed and bathroom with automatic night lighting. Guests are entitled to coffee capsules, tea, sugar, and milk. It is only a three-minute walk to the subway station and close to pubs, restaurants, and grocery stores. The check in was superb, and the decor is nice. The spa area is a bit cramped, but the pool and sauna are great. The rooms are cosy, but the lamps are too dim. There is a need for a hand soap dispenser and robes (which should not require a deposit!) All in all, The Other House is a great place to stay and an excellent base for exploring London.
