Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia is a 4-star hotel situated 20 km from Llandudno Pier. The hotel features a garden, terrace, bar, fitness centre and air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private bathrooms. Guests have praised the friendly, professional staff, convenient location and modern building. The rooms come equipped with a large 55 inch TV, air conditioning, USB and regular charging ports, blackout blinds, SMEG kettle and fridge, and a well-sized shower room. The restaurant staff were efficient and the food was tasty, though a bit overpriced. The barman was helpful and offered to make cocktails. The spa has great facilities, with a warm outdoor small pool and small cold indoor pool, steam room, two types of sauna, foot bath, and relaxation room. The gym is well-equipped and the laundry room has a coin-only washing machine and dryer. The hotel has great potential, but unfortunately it has been hit with some bad luck. The staff are trying hard and are offering free paddle boarding and cycle sessions. Highly recommended.
