Enjoy free parking and free Wi-Fi, as well as an award-winning restaurant and leisure centre. Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating - guests have reported a range of issues in the rooms, from a broken window latch to a missing grout and stained towels. In addition, there have been reported incidents in the restaurant, from leftover food to a scalding incident. Customer service is poor, with no adequate apologies or solutions offered. We do not recommend staying here.

With free WiFi throughout the property, free parking and complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities in each room and suite, it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The hotel reception has recently been refurbished and the spa area is well-designed and provides a luxurious, relaxing experience with Voya products. With a back, shoulder, neck massage and facial available, it's the perfect way to unwind. Unfortunately, our recent stay was not a positive one with dated, shabby furniture and a noisy atmosphere. We hope the hotel will take this feedback on board.
