DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Liverpool is a great place to stay, offering a fitness facility, on-site restaurant, free WiFi and a reduced rate parking. Our stay was fantastic, with warm cookies on arrival, clean rooms with all the necessary amenities, and a great 2-3 minute walk to the city centre. The restaurant operated on reduced menu due to Covid, but the food was lovely at the 2 minute walk around the corner. Breakfast was peaceful, hot and the waitress was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom relaxing, with great lighting for getting ready for nights out. We also used the spa, with massages and 2 hours access to the pool, leaving us feeling refreshed and relaxed. Complaints include cold breakfast and lack of food, coffee machine breaking, dirty glasses, dirty shower heads, wall lights not working, bar not opening as promised and spoons not being provided despite requests. However, despite this, we would recommend the property and spa to anyone looking for a great stay.

Prices at the bar are expensive, but the stay is still worth it for the beautiful views and facilities.
