Set in over 30 acres of secluded grounds on the edge of the Cotswolds, Cricklade House Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western offers home-cooked food and leisure facilities. The hotel room was old and not up to standard, and the extra charges were a surprise, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the leisure facilities were nice, however the breakfast portions were small and service was slow. The manager wasn't available to address customer issues and the reception staff needed more professional training. Despite the issues, the hotel grounds and leisure facilities make it a great stay for those wanting to explore the Cotswolds.
