    Kirkstyle Hideaway is a beautiful, private little hideaway perfect for a romantic getaway. Enjoy the cosy and comfortable accommodation, surrounded by gorgeous gardens and woodland walks. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and generous, stocking the fridge and cupboard with food, and providing fresh bread rolls, croissants and bagels each morning. You'll also find tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of cereal provided. Only 1 mile from Arbroath town centre, and 30 minutes from Dundee or Arbroath town, you'll find plenty of beach, rock gardens and nature reserves to explore. Highly recommended, 5 stars all round!

    Balnabrechan Lodge is a 7km drive from Arbroath, located in the Angus region. It offers a patio, garden views and a lovely garden, perfect for a breath of Scotland’s air. The lodge is a perfect getaway, as towns and villages are within a 10-15min drive. Lunan beach is reachable by foot and our host Jules provided us with helpful guidance. The bed and breakfast has a cosy and detailed decor, a big and comfortable bed, and a freestanding bath with shower. For breakfast, there is a continental selection along with snacks and beverages in the room, and Jules can top it up daily. Our host was attentive and nothing was a bother. Two patios are available to choose from and the heating works well. We would highly recommend a visit to this lodge, it's an amazing place to stay!
