Go for a barefoot walk on the sandy beaches of St Cyrus and Lunan, or take a cycle ride on the easy-going and mostly tarmacked routes to Montrose. Enjoy the wonderful location, the immaculate room and bathroom, and the delicious breakfast.     Set 7km away from Arbroath in the Angus region, Balnabrechan Lodge is the perfect place to take a break from the city and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views of Scotland. Our host Jules provided us with great local knowledge and recommendations, and the continental breakfast was delicious. Our room was cosy and comfortable, with a big bed, a kitchen with a fridge, toaster and kettle, and two patios to choose from. The bathroom was luxurious, with a freestanding bath and a shower. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Balnabrechan Lodge to family and friends.
