It offers free private parking and excellent COVID-19 precautions such as not entering rooms during stays and fresh towels and replenished trays left outside of rooms each day. The room is spotless and comfortable, while the breakfast is superb with plenty of choice. Karen, the host, is friendly and makes guests feel very welcome. The 10 minute walk downhill to the sea front is hilly but not too bad. Fring House is an ideal place to stay for a comfortable and safe holiday.

Just 10 minutes from the famous Jurassic Coast at Lyme Regis, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout, making it perfect for a weekend getaway. Our two night stay was made extra special by the warm, welcoming proprietors Jayne & Carl. Our superior en-suite king room was beautifully appointed, with a luxurious bathroom and modern amenities, including complimentary toiletries, a mini fridge and a kettle. Jayne even brought us an iron board and electric steam iron for us to use for our niece's wedding the next day. Our son's deluxe en-suite king room was in a separate wing and included an additional single bed, as well as all the welcoming treats. Breakfast was beyond expectations, with a wide selection of hot drinks, vegan options and freshly cooked dishes. The rooms were comfortable, with soundproof double glazing, and the hotel was impeccably clean. Spillers Farm was a wonderful stay, with all the comforts of home and more!
