St Andrews House B&B is an excellent choice for a break away in Lyme Regis. Our hosts Fiona and Jon were warm and welcoming, going the extra mile to make our stay special. Our room had a beautiful sea view and was upgraded as part of our honeymoon package. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit salad and full English breakfast. There was also a full sized snooker table, DVDs and a swimming pool (in summer). We were also treated to some amazing vegan banana pancakes with coconut sauce for breakfast. The location is great, with a short walk up to the restaurants and pubs along the marine parade. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely return!

Southcroft is a great place to stay in Bridport to take in the local sights, festivals and events. My hosts, David and Lynda, were very welcoming and offered great hospitality. The Russet Room was very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom had a power shower. The kitchen area was well-stocked with all the essentials, including milk, tea, coffee, orange juice, an egg, a tin of beans, cereals, jam and marmalade and even some biscuits and chocolates - a nice touch. The property is within easy walking distance of the Electric Palace and The Bull, two of the venues for the Bridport Literature Festival. The views from the apartment are stunning, and the bed and towels were extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend Southcroft for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bridport.
