The beach is close by and perfect for a relaxing day. Ruth and Roger have worked hard to ensure their guests are safe and supplied with a bountiful continental breakfast. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it.

The accommodation offers free WiFi and is conveniently located near Monkey World (49km), Dinosaurland Fossil Museum (8.3km) and Portland Castle (41km). Our room was tastefully decorated, with a lovely view and a tea and coffee tray. Kay and Julian were so welcoming and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable – they even booked a taxi for dinner and brought us a homemade cake! The bed was comfortable and the rainfall shower was very relaxing. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, with a variety of cereals, toast and cooked breakfast. Everything was spotless and the hosts were really thoughtful, providing us with a torch and a warm welcome. With plenty of great walks in the area, you can make the most of your stay and explore the beautiful surroundings. Our furry friends were also made very welcome. Highly recommended!

As an added bonus, we had access to a private garden with beautiful views and a parking spot at the rear of the house. The village of Abbotsbury is full of character, with pretty walks and two pubs within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
