Jo, the host, ensures her guests are well taken care of with a generous breakfast selection, daily replenished fruit bowl, mini toiletries, and sweet treats. Aviemore Guest House is a gem of a place to stay in Rye. From the moment you step in the door you are welcomed with a pot of tea and biscuits and Jeremy and Tomas are delightful hosts. The whole house is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and tidy with a private bathroom and free toiletries, hairdryer and shower. You can also enjoy a garden, shared lounge and bar. Breakfast is excellent and of a high standard, with delicious Czech dishes, vegan and vegetarian options, homemade sandwiches, fresh coffee and juices, fruits and granola. We were even given complimentary flasks of tea and a picnic blanket for our walks. It's located centrally in Rye and is Covid safe. We would highly recommend a visit and a stay here, you won't be disappointed!

The House with Two Front Doors is a perfect place to stay for a short break in Rye. The building dates back to the 1500s, giving it a unique charm and character. Our hosts Harry and Ilaria were lovely and very informative about the local area. The bedroom was comfortable, with its own private bathroom. You'll find slippers and toiletries, as well as a kettle and tea tray. There's no TV in the bedroom, but you can find one in the communal lounge. Breakfast is included, with a choice of continental or full English. It's freshly cooked, with local sourced ingredients, and accommodating to any special dietary requirements. We had an enjoyable and interesting chat with our hosts over breakfast. We highly recommend this accommodation, and will definitely be returning in future.
