Located 36 km from Leeds Castle and 37 km from Glyndebourne Opera House, this quaint accommodation provides free WiFi, free private parking, a terrace and level access throughout, ideal for those with limited mobility. Our 88 year old great aunt stayed here and found the bed incredibly comfortable and the TV and WiFi very pleasant in the evenings. Our hosts provided us with a welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, bacon, eggs and a freshly baked loaf of bread. The Byre is equipped with a kitchenette, cosy living room, bedroom, and wet room and is situated within the gates of the hosts’ home. Aunty also enjoyed chatting with Ian about classic cars and I would highly recommend The Byre to anybody looking for a convenient and cozy stay.

Sherfield House is a charming B&B located in St Leonards On Sea, near Hastings Beach, with free WiFi and a beautiful garden. The decor and attention to detail throughout is stunning and our host Andrew welcomed us with tea or coffee and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room had a view of the garden and was large,beautifully furnished and had a roll top bath for added luxury. The full English breakfast was served on genteel china with linen napkins, and the attention to detail was faultless. Sherfield House is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, the waterfront and Warrior Square. We'd highly recommend it to anyone staying in St Leonards-on-Sea or Hastings.
