The Greyhound Inn is a beautiful accommodation in Hever in Kent, 15 km from Royal Tunbridge Wells. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly from arrival to departure and the room was immaculate and the decor beautiful. Guests can enjoy a pub and restaurant and the atmosphere is charming. The room was warm and cosy with its own private entrance overlooking the lovely garden. There is plenty of parking and it is very handy for the local station. The bar was cosy with seating by the open fire, and the breakfast was outstanding with a varied menu and excellent choices. Room amenities include fluffy towels, nice toiletries and plenty of hot water. We had drinks in the bar which was relaxing after a long day sightseeing. Self check in is available, and the perfect place to stay if visiting Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and many more local places of interest. The Greyhound Inn is sure to exceed your expectations.

You'll be provided with all the necessary amenities such as water, tea/coffee/hot chocolate and shower supplies. It's a 20-minute walk from the train station and a great opportunity to explore the esplanade. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of options, and the decor of the room is modern. The ensuite features a huge double shower. There is a great country feel to the dining area in the basement. The hospitality of the hosts is extraordinary, as they invited us to enjoy a pot of tea on their terrace overlooking the garden and the river, when our car had broken down. Highly recommended!
