The room is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean with a lovely view of the garden. The bathroom is spacious and has all you need to store cosmetics and hang clothes and towels. The underfloor heating is an added bonus. Breakfast is delicious and the hosts are attentive to any special requests. They are always happy to chat and make sure your stay is enjoyable. Martin and Ale were so impressed with their last minute stay, they were blown away by the high quality and design of the accommodation. Matlock House is definitely the perfect place for a relaxing stay.

The Plough Inn Ripple is a fantastic B&B located in Deal, 2 km from the Deal Castle Beach. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, with tasteful decor and furniture. It was well equipped with a new iron & board, hairdryer, kettle, electric fan, and quality biscuits and tea, coffee, and complimentary bottles of water was provided daily. The en suite shower room was also spacious and is clean and modern with a large shower unit, slow close toilet lid, new toilet brush, and nice shower creams, gel etc. The breakfast and evening meals were great and value for money. The bar is well equipped and very cheap compared to London prices. Roy and Brian are excellent hosts and their attention to detail is remarkable. The room was spotless, with comfortable beds, good size TV, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities, and complimentary toiletries. The food was also excellent, with a good breakfast menu and a varied main menu with generous portions. Their drinks are also well priced. If you need somewhere to stay in the area, don't miss The Plough Inn Ripple!

The Old Rectory is a magnificent property located just outside Deal. Our host, Helga, welcomed us with open arms and showed us to our fabulous room with its own access in the grounds. We were upgraded due to a friend informing Helga that we were on a mini honeymoon, and were also treated to a bottle of bubbly. Helga was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, giving us great advice on local restaurants and places of interest. The room was very clean, comfortable and had a great shower, and the breakfast was excellent. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend The Old Rectory for a short or long break. It's the perfect location to explore the Kent countryside and coastal areas.

Igguldene Retreat with Jacuzzi is the perfect destination for a relaxing weekend getaway! The room is beautiful and inviting with comfortable bedding and towels. The spacious bathroom with its large double shower cubicle and toiletries provided is perfect for unwinding. The jacuzzi room is warm and squeaky clean with chairs that are so comfortable, you might just fall asleep in one! Separate towels and slippers are provided for use in the jacuzzi room. The breakfast is great with plenty of options, and Bob and Cyn, the hosts, are open, welcoming, and can't do enough for guests. They even offer home-cooked evening meals if you wish! The Firs is a beautiful property nestled in the woodlands, with a lake surrounded by wildlife. The hosts, Margaret and Stuart, are very welcoming, and have created an idyllic environment with attention to detail. The lodge is very comfortable and convenient, with all the amenities you need, surrounded by a large garden and lovely views. There are plenty of walks around the woods and fields, and it's only a short drive away from the coast. Fishing is also available on the two lakes, and Mr. Crabtree had a great time! Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy this peaceful escape.
