There's also a beautiful garden which you can enjoy, with a private table and chairs area. It's the perfect spot to relax and explore Lyme Regis, with its shops, cafes, lanes, beaches and The Cobb. We had a wonderful stay here, and are sure you will too.

No. 12 B&B is a great place to stay in Lyme Regis. It's situated just 1.6 km from the town centre and within a 20-minute walk of the beaches. The room is spotless, beautifully furnished and comes with all the amenities you'd expect. The hosts, Pete and Diane, are warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is served in the room and is plentiful and fresh, with daily selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, home-baked bread, and sometimes even a slice of cake! Pete and Diane are full of local knowledge and they even offer a safe space for a bicycle, use of the garden, and a tumble dryer. I highly recommend No. 12 B&B and if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!
