Set in the beautiful, historic town of Wimborne Minster, Wimborne Lodge is the perfect place to stay. Our room was cosy, clean and very comfortable with a mini fridge, and the bathroom had everything we needed and a powerful shower. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and prepared to meet our special dietary requirements. The cooked breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Covid safety measures were in place and we felt relaxed. The Lodge is perfectly located near Wimborne Minster, Bournemouth and Southbourne beach. We highly recommend Wimborne Lodge and will be back for a longer stay! The owners are lovely and attentive and the room was immaculate, with fresh milk and water in the mini-fridge. With thoughtful touches like a mini ironing board and a fan in the hot weather, this is a great place to stay and we’ll be back next year!

Our room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a king-size bed, two recliner chairs, footstools, a table, and chairs. We were delighted to find a wide array of amenities, from fresh fruit and tea/coffee/biscuits in the room to a comprehensive supply of toiletries in the bathroom. Our host Jackie was excellent and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was served hot and cooked to perfection. We also appreciated the proximity to the Oceanarium and BIC, both under a 20-minute walk away. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Coach House Cottage to our family and friends.
