Dunarain Bed & Breakfast is a luxurious and picturesque accommodation located in the heart of Tarbert. Offering sea views, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace, the B&B also offers free WiFi and private parking. Our friendly hosts, John and Marlene, welcomed us with open arms and provided a complimentary dram of whisky and homemade shortbread on our arrival. We had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful twin ensuite bedroom, with luxurious fabrics, oak doors and frames and a bright ensuite shower room. We also had use of a rear sitting room with coffee making facilities. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade porridge and the Dunarain special (granola and fruit) to start, followed by Bento boxes full of cheese, fruit, bread, fish/meat and muffins. The views from the B&B, of the sea loch on one side and the freshwater Loch to the other, were stunning. We highly recommend Dunarain Guest House for future guests and look forward to visiting again soon!

Jane and David, the wonderful hosts, offer incredible hospitality and attention to detail. From the whisky carafe and pillow spray to aid sleep, to the luxurious toiletries and restful guest lounge, this is a place to relax and unwind. The breakfast is delicious and generous with a variety of local dishes. The outdoor seating area is a great spot to take in the views. We can't recommend Ceol na Mara enough!
