Free WiFi and private parking are available on-site, and the large barn-style property is situated in a peaceful rural location, alongside the route of the North Downs Way trail. On entering, you'll be warmly greeted by the proprietors, Paul and Alison. The rooms are of excellent quality and come with a king-size bed, dressing gowns, and amenities such as complimentary bottled water and fresh milk for teas, coffees etc. As well as a shower, there is also a large whirlpool-style bath. Breakfast is served in the dining room, with a fantastic selection of fresh, local ingredients. Paul and Alison are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to make sure you have a memorable stay. They even offered to refund me my second night if I wanted to find somewhere nearer. Highly recommend this place for a great and fair price!

Located near Rochester Castle and Cathedral, the room is tastefully decorated and comes with amenities like water, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, shower supplies etc. The ensuite has a huge double shower and the hosts are very friendly and generous with their cooked vegetarian breakfast. With a pleasant walk along the esplanade to the B&B and ample parking, it's the perfect place to explore the Medway area. Even if you're in a hurry, they'll be happy to help - they helped us check in at 4am! The place has a lovely feel to it and the terrace overlooking the garden and river is a great spot to relax with a cup of tea. Highly recommended!
