The hotel is short staffed but the friendly staff will go above and beyond to make your stay special; even putting rose petals on the table to mark anniversaries! The Cedar Suite is a newer part of the hotel and offers a patio to enjoy the sunshine. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway, Park Farm is the perfect destination.

Experience an 18-hole USA PGA championship golf course, a driving range, footgolf course, indoor swimming pool and spa. Enjoy a luxurious high tea, or enjoy delicious breakfast served in your room. Staff are friendly and welcoming, though be aware of the £5 service charge for room service. Unfortunately, the cot requested was not in the room and was broken, though staff sorted it quickly. Breakfast is ok but nothing special; the air con was a bit too much during winter and sadly the bread was dry. Overall, Dunston Hall is a great place to stay and experience the best of Elizabethan and Victorian England.

This historic house offers a unique experience, with beautiful grounds 3.5 miles from central Norwich, a golf course, and a spa with pool. However, our stay was less than satisfactory, as our room was dirty and the finer details, such as the tea and coffee were not up to standard. The facilities were also unclean, with used cups on the floor of the steam room, and dead flies on the windows of the pool area. Staff were unhelpful and no apology or compensation was offered. We had to move rooms in the afternoon, and although the new room was of higher standard, the other aspects of our stay were not up to par. We would not recommend this hotel to others.
