Moreover, staff are unable to answer any questions about the hotel and its services, and even sent out unsolicited spam messages. To make matters worse, the hotel staff have been aggressive and disrespectful, and even refused to give out the name of the staff member involved. The housekeeping is also not up to par, and the receptionist smells. All in all, this is not the five-star experience one would expect.
