Free WiFi is also available. Unfortunately, their customer service is lacking, and their staff's attitude can be off-putting. The vegan options for breakfast were limited and overpriced. The pool and infrared sauna were great, but the steam room was out of order and the changing rooms were grubby. Masks were not worn by many staff members, and there were many people with exemption lanyards. Despite these drawbacks, the hot tub was a great surprise.

Glencroft A Fairytale Highland Cottage is a beautiful property situated in the stunningly peaceful Fortingall. Built in 1894, it consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room, a terrace and one bathroom. Our host Annie was incredibly welcoming, with a welcome hamper full of goodies for us and treats for our pet. We loved the cosy log burners, the comfortable beds and bedding, and the beautiful decor. The conservatory is a great spot to watch the local wildlife, and with the river just a 5-minute walk away, there are plenty of activities available. Annie was helpful with tips on places to visit around the area, and the cottage is conveniently located close enough to the local towns to make trips for supplies easy. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to coming back soon!
