Unfortunately, we experienced a highly unpleasant incident with the Duty Manager and were ultimately evicted from the hotel. We have since found out that the CCTV evidence of this event was deleted. The facilities are not up to a standard we would expect for the price and there are issues with the breakfast, pillows, mattress and carpet quality. However, the hotel staff did move us to a much nicer room after we found a bug in the first room. The WiFi is poor and the bed linen is of a poor quality.
