We also had a kettle with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, plus a low coffee table and two chairs with a view of the Bay. This is a truly impressive B&B of the highest standard and we couldn't recommend it more! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our room featured floor-to-ceiling bay windows with wingback chairs for watching the bay, and the en-suite was spacious. The location is excellent, 15 minutes' walk to the centre of town and beaches. On arrival, you'll be welcomed with a jar of sweets and a decanter of whisky. The room is large and comfortable with added touches such as whiskey, bottles of water, biscuits and porridge. There is a shared ice machine and lots of parking. The owner is friendly and accommodating, and the sunsets from the easy chairs are spectacular. MacKays is a great place to stay with lasting memories.
