Melfort House is a beautiful property situated 15 miles from Oban, overlooking a stunning sea loch. Our stay was perfect; the bedroom was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Matthew was an attentive host who met all our requests without hesitation. We were also treated to a delicious 4 course dinner, served with tea/coffee. If you'd prefer your own drinks, the house is not licensed but guests are welcome to bring their own. Oban is close by and the area has plenty of walking tracks and historical sites to explore. We would definitely recommend Melfort House - it exceeded all of our expectations!

Lower Greenbank Guest Suite is a beautifully decorated apartment situated a 10 minute walk from the centre of Oban. The quality of finish for this apartment is excellent, with all the basics covered and then more. You need to appreciate that it is micro living but it can't be faulted. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle and plenty of crockery. The bathroom is nicely decorated, clean, bright, and with a great shower. There's a patio space on the front, TV with Netflix, a parking space and a good guide to Oban in the room. Sarah, the host, was a brilliant host, responding to messages very quickly and leaving little touches such as chocolates on arrival. The perfect base to explore Oban and the amazing surrounding areas.
