The bathroom is nicely decorated with a great shower and fluffy towels. It's 10 minutes' walk to the centre of Oban, but you need to walk down a steep hill. The property is very private and provides a great base for exploring the area. Sarah was a great host and left little touches to make the stay more enjoyable. Definitely a great place to stay for a night before travelling to Mallaig or for exploring Oban and the surrounding areas.

The only downside is that the walk to Oban's ferry and city centre is a 25-minute walk down a busy road, however if driving this isn't an issue. Highly recommended!
