Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the powerful rain shower, Netflix access, and the treats and milk, bread, cheese, etc. provided. The surrounding towns and villages are all easily accessible, with breathtaking views and scenery, and plenty of fishing spots and coastal castles nearby. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Meadhon Guest House is a beautiful old building dating from 1650, situated in the center of Jedburgh and within walking distance of the Castle. Our hosts Amanda and Rob were warm and welcoming and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are airy, fitted with carpets and with views of the castle. The beds are very comfortable and the temperature in the room is self regulated. The private bathroom has a hairdryer and shower. The cooked breakfast is very good, with cereals and yoghurts also available. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Meadhon Guest House to anyone looking for a comfortable and homely stay in Jedburgh.
