The Allanton is a charming 18th-century coaching inn located in Berwickshire, with a large garden offering beautiful countryside views. Our modern bedrooms are luxuriously furnished, and the elegant restaurant serves delicious dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. We received a warm welcome, and our spacious room had a queen-size bed and well-appointed bathroom with toiletries from the Highland Soap Co. Our evening meal was delicious and breakfast even more so - with more than your usual suspects on offer. The bar and restaurant area were cosy and the staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful stay that we would love to repeat!
