Our friendly host Dalvy greeted us on arrival with a cup of tea and biscuits and gave us detailed information about the area and what to see nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and had a flat-screen TV. We had access to the kitchen and lounge area, and Dalvy provided us with snacks and a delicious continental breakfast to start our day. The homestay was in easy walking distance to the centre of Galashiels, and there was parking right outside the front door. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we look forward to returning soon!
