It's perfectly located, with limited off-road parking and the town centre just a 5-minute walk away. Host Tim is friendly and knowledgeable, and his son is very polite. The room is comfortable and well-equipped, with tea and coffee and biscuits; and breakfast is delicious, freshly made and served with a smile! COVID guidelines are followed and the room and bathroom are spotless. The only downside is the lack of a handrail outside the entrance and on the stairs, but this is being rectified. We'll certainly be returning!
