Lake District and Eden Valley Thornhill Lodge offers guests a perfect getaway for exploring the beautiful Lake District. The lodge is brand new and exceptionally clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, cosy bedroom, spacious garden and terrace - the perfect spot to soak up the views. The lodge is situated in peaceful farmlands, just 21 km from Askham Hall and 49 km from Derwentwater. Host Debbie was welcoming and friendly, providing us with a great welcome hamper and recommendations of local places. We extended our stay for two more nights - it was the perfect spot for hiking and exploring the area. Highly recommend!
