A 19th century hotel set in sprawling gardens with views of Harrogate, the Harrogate International Centre is just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is quite nice, with parking onsite at an additional cost. Rooms are comfortable and come with a fan for the warmer months. Courtyard bar service was unfortunately unreliable, with long waits for drinks and food. Additional charges for services like swimming were also expensive. Room quality was mixed, with some showing visible damage and stains. Staff at reception were not always helpful and check in was slow. Breakfast was buffet style, with no hand sanitiser available. Overall, the stay could have been better with better service and more competitive rates.
