Holly Cottage B&B is a beautiful and peaceful setting located in Pilsley, 1.5 miles from Chatsworth House and 3 miles from Bakewell. Our host Sarah was very attentive to our needs, helpful and chatty without being obtrusive. Our room was well appointed with a nice outlook, tea and coffee making facilities, good quality cotton sheets and comfortable pillows. Upon arrival there was cake and chocolate waiting, a welcome snack before our stay! Breakfast was outstanding with beautifully cooked quality products and plenty of choice. Covid precautions were evident which helped us feel safe. The local Devonshire Arms pub was a 200 feet walk away and we had really good dinner there. We were provided with local area knowledge and suggestions during our stay, including walking, cycle routes and local information. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return to Holly Cottage - it's an excellent place to stay!
