The owners are friendly and welcoming, and provide great recommendations for restaurants in the area. It's the perfect place to chill after busy days exploring, with lots of lovely walks in the local area. An excellent location and great value for money - we will definitely be back!

Our friendly host, Sally, provides a warm welcome with tea and homemade cake on arrival. Everything is thoughtfully decorated in keeping with the house's design and history, yet with a modern twist. Sally's fantastic breakfasts are served in the beautiful dining room and there is a large sitting room for the use of guests. Our room was spacious, comfortable and overlooked the garden. The bathroom was spotless and had a large bath and shower. We also had a small fridge in the bedroom. A 5 minute walk away is the local pub, The Tankerville Arms, which serves excellent meals. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Braeside for exploring the surrounding area.

Coach House B & B is a delightful guest house in the heart of Alnwick, Northumberland, near Alnwick Castle. Our hosts David and Beverley offer a warm welcome and friendly service, ensuring that you have a wonderful stay. Our room, the Groom's Loft, was spacious and equipped with a comfortable settee, full mirror, wardrobe with hangers and a TV. The en suite shower room was clean and spacious and the kitchen was a welcome addition. We enjoyed a delicious à la carte, Full English/Irish or vegetarian breakfast each morning. The property is in a great location, just a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre and Alnwick Gardens, and is also conveniently close to a Lidl store. We made the most of the local area with visits to many of the nearby castles and walks in Craster and Seahouses. David and Beverley provided everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. A memorable stay with a superb breakfast and excellent service - we highly recommend Coach House B & B!
