With a swimming pool, beauty salon and compact double rooms, it offers an ideal stay for business or leisure. Unfortunately, our stay was far from ideal, with a freezing room, lack of ventilation, and no cups or tea bags at breakfast. The poor service, undelivered promises and lack of training among staff left us disappointed with the 4-star hotel. COVID-19 may have had an impact, but we expect better from a hotel of this calibre.
