Host Kerry is very friendly and helpful and there are some thoughtful touches such as wine for birthdays and balloons. Great value for money and an excellent location for a couple looking for a relaxing stay.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a bath in the bedroom and armchairs and a coffee table in the bay window. Guests can enjoy watching people and their dogs walk along the sand dunes. There are tea/coffee making facilities and the restaurant serves wonderfully prepared food. Safety measures have been put in place, such as a one-way system, hand sanitizer stations, and anything that cannot be easily sanitized has been removed from the room. There is an ironing facility, a fan and a tea tray. The terrace serves delicious food and the dog-friendly hotel is just a stone’s throw from the beach. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

This stylish hotel overlooks the Irish Sea and St. Annes Promenade. Our family room was great, with double bed and two singles, lovely decor, furniture and carpet, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and big bath. The swimming pool was a good size and laned off into two sections for two families at a time. It's great for kids, with a cinema, outdoor paddling pools, trampolines and mini golf just over the road. Just over 3 miles into Blackpool, you can get the bus to save the hassle of parking. The breakfast is a little disappointing, with a waitress taking your order for cereal and fresh fruit, no croissants or cold meats/cheese, but the hot breakfast is average. The hotel is in need of refurbishment, with shabby reception and dirty bedrooms, but the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a great location for a family break.
