The restaurant is overpriced and the food not up to standard. Breakfast is chaotic and the management is lacking. There is a lot of potential here, but it's not quite there yet.

Our stay here was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our rooms were stylishly decorated with good furniture and furnishing choices. The bathrooms were fresh and well appointed. The cleanliness was excellent, the food was well presented and delicious, and the lounge was very comfortable. We were given a room upgrade and travel cot for our 6 month old. There were lots of suggestions for walking in the area. The continental breakfast was limited but the staff happily provided alternatives. Despite some teething problems due to reopening, we would definitely stay here again.

Located in the beautiful New Forest, the resort offers a seasonal outdoor pool, spa centre, sauna, terrace, bar and wheelchair-friendly accommodation. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, with two private bathrooms, two big beds, huge wardrobes and dressing tables, a large living room with two sofas, a full-sized dining table and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen was practical and had everything we needed, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and utensils. We also had a balcony. The pool was warm, big and clean, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. With allocated parking and close proximity to ferry ports, shops and restaurants, this is an ideal place for a family break.
