This stylish, contemporary hotel is situated within 6 acres of landscape gardens in Avon, Bristol, just 12 miles from the city centre and under 4 miles from the M5 motorway. Unfortunately, our stay was not as satisfactory as expected due to various issues. The staff were not always very helpful and accommodating, and the quality of food in the restaurant was not worth the price. The hotel is not suitable for vegans or those with food allergies, as they were unable to provide adequate breakfast options. Despite this, we were offered a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.

It's a great base to explore the surrounding area, with St. Audrey Bay and Minehead both within driving distance. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the receptionist was especially attentive. Overall, a great place to stay for a getaway in the South West.
