This stylish, contemporary hotel is located on 6 acres of landscaped gardens in Avon, Bristol. Just 12 miles from the city centre and under 4 miles from the M5 motorway, it is also a 15-minute drive from Bristol Airport. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by issues such as noise from kitchen staff using the lift, an overcrowded room with a sofa bed, overpriced and poor quality food in the restaurant, and inadequate vegan and allergy-friendly breakfast options. Though the staff were apologetic and gave us a partial refund, it was not an enjoyable experience.

There is a sainsbury and Costa 2 mins drive away and Taunton is just 5 mins drive away. The lounge area is lovely but due to covid restrictions, there are no loungers available. The receptionist is friendly and helpful and the staff are attentive. Prices are very reasonable and it is great value for money.
