This contemporary hotel, situated in 6 acres of landscape gardens in Avon, Bristol, is just 12 miles from the city centre and under 4 miles from the M5 motorway. Bristol Airport is a 15-minute drive away. While the hotel provides a stylish atmosphere, unfortunately, the quality of the food and service were not up to par. We experienced noise from the kitchen staff and trolleys, were unable to access a table in the restaurant and were also unhappy with the quality of the food once we were seated. The pizza restaurant had drinks not available and our garlic bread was burnt. For those with dietary restrictions, the staff were not able to provide the necessary information about ingredients and there were limited options. Overall, this hotel is not suitable for vegans or those with food allergies.

Our family had a great time here, enjoying the tennis, swimming pool and spa facilities. The house is well equipped, comfortable, clean and stylish - with cosy beds and everything you need to self cater. The views are idyllic and there are lots of great things to do in the area, including walks on the doorstep. The only downside was the wifi, however it's a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.
