Brandshatch Hotel is an elegant 18th century Georgian mansion, set in 12 acres of lush Kent countryside. With a spa, indoor pool, and easy access to major motorways and airports, it is the perfect getaway. Our recent visit here was made extra special by the wonderful customer service we received. Receptionists were polite and accommodating, restaurant staff impeccable, and breakfast was excellent. We were even able to get a gluten-free meal for my wife. We can’t recommend this hotel enough; the spa, pool, and terrace lounge are all great and the staff are some of the best we’ve ever encountered. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, Brandshatch Hotel is the perfect destination.

The Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel is a modern hotel situated in beautifully landscaped grounds. It is located within easy access of the M25, M20 and M2 motorways and is renowned for its excellent conference facilities and purpose-built training floor. However, recent guests have been met with a number of issues, including flies in the room, single beds instead of a double, faulty heating, a fire alarm going off, and a lack of response from customer service. The pool and Jacuzzi facilities were also out of order, and no Pepsi drinks were available without a charge. With these issues in mind, it's hard to recommend this hotel for a stay.

If you're looking for a luxurious stay, Eastwell Manor Hotel may be worth considering, but be sure to do your research first.

The Ashford International Hotel is just minutes away from the M20 and Eurostar connections. With modern, contemporary rooms featuring flat-screen TVs, a restaurant, pool, hot tub and more, it's the perfect place to stay. Unfortunately, all rooms were extremely hot and the air conditioning was found to be broken in all rooms, except the lobby. Guests also found that the windows could only be opened a few centimeters, and the duty manager was unable to unlock them due to security issues. Room service was also overpriced and of poor quality. Despite all this, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the fruit is said to be refreshing. However, due to the lack of air conditioning, guests may want to avoid this hotel.
