Our Deluxe family room was huge, clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had a shared luxury bathroom and toilet with rainforest shower, and shared toiletries. Breakfast was continental style with cereal, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, tea, pastries and toast. Tom and Victoria, our hosts, were excellent and welcoming. The living room area had 2 large sofas and the garden was a nice area to sit in the sunshine. It was like being at home, from home. The price was good and we met some very nice people. The decor and the dog are fantastic and the location was excellent with everything in town within walking distance. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend it.

We had the pleasure of staying here for my partner's 30th birthday and enjoyed the afternoon tea, though we were disappointed to find out that spa facilities were only available between 5-9, rather than full day access. Our room was period and quaint, though without aircon which made for a restless night's sleep. The views from the room were stunning. Unfortunately, the hotel was quite dirty and the plumbing was noisy, and the spa facilities were not to the standard that we expected. The gym was good, and the staff were mostly helpful. All in all, Eastwell Manor is past its sell by date and needs an intense clean, a face lift and better staff.
