The staff are second to none, making our experience truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Eastwell Manor Hotel is a stunning property overlooking beautiful lawns and set in a tranquil setting. Inside, guests can enjoy 2 restaurants, a bar, a gym and a spa. Unfortunately, on our visit, the spa was not available until 5pm, despite having booked afternoon tea. The manager was unwilling to offer even a partial refund for the spa which was a huge disappointment. The room was period and quaint, however, there was no aircon. The plumbing was incredibly noisy with taps audible throughout the building. The property was dirty with flies, spiders and webs in the first room we were given. Dinner at the manor was also a disappointment with walls, flies, ants and daddy long legs everywhere. The spa and gym were good, however the robes supplied were dirty and frayed. The staff were unhelpful and it was clear that the property is in need of a major clean, face lift and decent staff!
