The rooms are spotless, with comfortable beds, tea and coffee facilities, quality biscuits and plush towels. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet has a great selection. The evening cocktail tasting menu is also a highlight, with excellent quality food and drink (albeit slightly small portions). The hotel additionally offers a spa, and is close to the centre of Broadstairs. With its unbeatable atmosphere and commitment to developing young professionals, the Yarrow Hotel is one of the best places to stay in the area.

The room is great value for money and the location is excellent - just a stone's throw from everything in town. Plus, there's a friendly resident dog! Stay here for a luxurious and relaxing experience.

Though the views and grounds are beautiful, the hotel is past its sell by date and needs a deep clean, face lift and better trained staff. The plumbing is noisy, the spa facilities are limited, and the rooms lack aircon and comfortable beds. The spa is also in need of a clean, as are the robes provided. The flys and spiders in the room are a huge turn off, as is the general dirtiness of the place. The gym is the only plus, with wipes available to clean equipment. All in all, Eastwell Manor Hotel is disappointing and not worth the money.
