Located near the M25, M20, and M2 motorways, the hotel offers excellent conference facilities and a purpose-built training floor. Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of staying here for three nights. Upon arrival, I was put in a room infested with flies, and then moved to a room with single beds instead of the double I had booked. Additionally, the room had a strong smell and the heating didn't work. Later, the fire alarm was going off, making it difficult to sleep. The pool and jacuzzi facilities were also out of order, and an additional charge was requested for a drink delivery. All in all, it was an unpleasant experience and I'm requesting a refund.

With a spa and indoor pool, it is conveniently located near major motorways and airports, such London Gatwick and Heathrow. Our recent visit was a delight, with the receptionist providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The restaurant staff were also very polite and accommodating, with a good selection of breakfast and catering for my wife's gluten-free needs. The spa was clean and inviting, and the terrace lounge was a great spot for a sunny evening. The staff here were truly remarkable and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Although the view from the rooms is second to none, they lack air conditioning and the beds are not very comfortable. The spa facilities cost an extra £180 or £60 depending on the time of day, and the flys and spiders are a nuisance. With all this in mind, this hotel is best to be avoided.
